With our myriad of partners we are have personnel within hours of every major city in Nigeria. We offer 18Hrs service and maintenance support. We offer the following services.

1. Routine Preventive Maintenance

Engineering systems need routine maintenance to deliver optimum output. Faults often occur without warnings. Preventive maintenance at regular intervals would detect and circumvent faults or potential faults before they occur.  We would carry out preventive maintenance at scheduled dates. Preventive maintenance tasks include:
•    Washing of Antenna
•    Vacuum dust off equipment
•    Checking of grounding and connectors
•    Cross Check of VSAT signal levels and signal to Noise ratios
•    Optimization for loss of signal if any
•    Cross Check of Equipment Configuration


2. Fault Detection and Correction

When faults occur, its is not just the magnitude of the fault and the cost of repair that is important, the Time To Repair is also a very important factor if not the most important as a long delay would mean loss of revenue especially if there is an SLA in place. We assure you a minimum Time to Repair (TTR) and of course huge savings due to reduced downtime.


3. Parts Replacement

Replacement of faulty parts is available to subscribers. TradeSmart Global is able to source and provide at very short notice, spare parts as required by the client on their behalf. Parts replacement is effected quickly should the need arise. This would greatly reduce downtime. TradeSmart Global would replace damaged equipment and bill the client for same.


4. Installation Services

TradeSmart Global offers full VSAT installation services inclusive of civil works, antenna assembly, installation, integration and testing. Our expertise makes difficult tasks seem like ‘child’s play’. We offer minimal delivery time lines and boast of very happy and satisfied customers.


We charge a fixed call out fee depending on the location of the faulty site as well as per day rates for each additional day spent on the site in addition to the call out charge.
